Who we are
Our Story
The YSA Conseil firm was founded in 1991 by Yves, a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, after years of experience in audit and accounting firms.
In 2014, Laurent joined Yves as the firm’s director. Laurent earned his chartered accountant certification in June 2016 and became a partner in August 2019.
To highlight this partnership, YSA Conseil was renamed DITAYLS.
Yves and Laurent furthered their education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Wealth Management, graduating with honors. This led to the creation of DITAYLS Patrimoine, a new entity dedicated to wealth management by finance professionals.

Yves Aknin

Master’s Degree in Business Law and Tax Law
Statutory Auditor
Yves graduated from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University and CNAM with degrees in law, taxation, and accounting expertise.
He holds a Master’s in Business Law and Taxation and has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants since 1991.
A certified expert in Wealth Management, Yves also holds a Master’s degree in Wealth Management.
He has developed a clientele of SMEs and micro-businesses, handling diverse assignments in accounting expertise, assistance with tax audits, and legal and tax advisory services.
Since 1995, Yves has been registered with the National Company of Statutory Auditors and has undertaken various statutory audit assignments.
Starting in 2008, he has been appointed by order of the President of the Commercial Court (Paris and Nanterre) on requests from law firms and later directly by the President of the Commercial Court for assignments as a statutory auditor for contributions, special benefits, and mergers.
Yves has recognized expertise and experience in high-value-added assignments, professional and personal wealth structuring, financial auditing, and business valuation services.

Laurent completed all his studies through work-study programs, starting in Toulouse before moving to Paris midway through his accounting internship to further enhance his expertise and skills.
He spent several years auditing both listed and unlisted companies and working on exceptional statutory audit assignments.
Laurent has significant experience in corporate group restructuring, legal and tax advisory, as well as professional and personal wealth management.
